Return and Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your order, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and we’ll be happy to issue a complete refund or replacement as you prefer.

  • To request a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item needs to be in the original packaging
  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Damaged or defective goods are returned or replaced at Lucid Crafts expense
  • Standard returns (all those other then damaged or defective goods) need to be returned back to us at customer expense

You will also be able to request a full refund or replacement order should you not receive your delivery or your shipment tracking shows a delivery issue.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) right away.

You will receive the credit within a few days days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
